20lbs and counting

Here we are starting week 11. What a difference with my mind. It’s funny I have always struggled with fitness and healthy eating. It was always one or the other. Never both at the same time. Well something has switched since starting this program with Team Myles. With all of this training and determination to get better I don’t want to eat the junk. This is litterly a first for me. Not to say I didn’t have a small bag of mini eggs over Easter or a chocolate bunny but before this program I would have eaten a Costco size bag of mini eggs along with ten chocolate bunnies. We put our heart and sole into this program and I am determined to make the most of it. Bonus is I am now in wonderland with my weight, down 20lbs, off my anti depressant and off my blood pressure pills. I would say this program has been a blessing in disguise.
