Good Afternoon all,
For those of you who do not know me (which is most of you) I had a baby 4 months ago. My second daughter arrived suddenly 10 weeks early by cesarean. The last few months have been visiting her in the hospital, recovering and adapting to life with two children. Suffice it to say, I have not been active in this time and I am ready to get back into a fitness routine.
I am a little nervous. I have two kids now, one which relies on me for all her meals and my sleep routine is all over the place with a premie. Even with my fears, I have to just get out there any try. The only way to get anywhere is to get started with the first step. 🙂
