So Wednesday night’s walk run was a 1/1 for 20 minutes. The legs were a little heavy today, but definitely wanted to get out. Went for a 9walk/1run x 3 today. felt good and the pace was something i was good with considering how long it has been since i’ve done this stuff.
Becky and i left the house together, but given this is her second year as a runner, she was going out for her 5k and i was just going for 15 out 15 back (minutes not km’s, lol).
This after noon i have my second session with the trainer at GoodLife, so here’s to getting back at it, enjoying it and staying with it.
i have to say it felt great getting out there again this morning.
