February 17 was the first Team Myles half marathon training run. We met in point pleasant park and did a 30 minute run through the park. I was comfortable with a 30 minute run. However I woke up feeling like I had been run over by a bus. So Sunday was far from one of my best runs. Did I mention there was a gigantic hill. I took it pretty slow but made it to the top just in time for the walk break. 3 days later I’m still under the weather so I haven’t gotten out again. Hoping for a healthier week 2.
