The Bridge | Scotiabank Blue Nose Marathon: Team Myles

The Bridge

Last week we switched up our training and moved from PP Park to where we are actually going to run. On this route is the Macdoanld Bridge.  I definitely had trouble running across it. This was the first time I’ve ever been on it and I couldn’t run on it at all. With the wind blowing and being so high up spooked me so I had to walk across it on the way over to Dartmouth . After getting more comfortable with the bridge I was able to run back over to the Halifax side.  I’m glad we practice going over the bridge or else come race day it would have been a huge surprise. Team Myles thinks of everything !
