What a challenge! Phase 3 has proven to be the most difficult but with the highest reward. Even though the milage is considerably less I am pushing my body to the limits during these pace building runs. On Tuesday we ran 1.6 KMs 6 times are our race pace taking 7 min rests between intervals. »
