Week 7

I can’t believe it’s week 7 and we are almost finished
phase 1 of the training. Wow how far we’ve come
from our first run. Slow easy 8km and now we just
finished a long run on Saturday of 22km… Who knew
I was going to be able to run 22km
Thank you Fred for always
re-enforcing “run 2 minutes slower than you run pace
time” it’s taken me almost 7 weeks to figure it out, but
when you slow down you can run “forever” ok, well not
“forever” but I was able to finish my 22km…
Most weeks it’s been
a challenge to run and get my km’s in, but my goal this
week is to run all 5 days and ready to run my 25km on
Saturday…
