I ran 18 from my friends house in Hammonds Plains yesterday, and it was a nice Saturday afternoon change. No flies, not a whole lot of traffic, rolling hills. All in all, a great run!
Legs finally feeling *better*. Not perfect, but »

I am verging on thinking that all I do is complain here.
Based on a few solid recommendations, and a leg that still does not feel 100%, with a new symptom appearing – a troublesome, painful, but not really swollen medial collateral ligament in my right knew, I made an appointment to see Natalie Randall – »

For the record, the orthotics are GREAT, and the service is awesome. If you need some, I highly »

I figured I should start with a bang.
Appologies for this first post taking so long. It has been quite the spring. My travel schedule has been brutal (two weeks thus far this year in which I did NOT travel) and a leg injury. Not exactly good on the brain in either case.
Over 50,000 miles so »
