Well 2 weeks into our training and I feel great! Its amazing how basic lifestyle changes have such a positive emotional and physical impact on us. Prior to team Myles I was a non breakfast person except bacon and eggs on Sunday, drank at least 4 cups of coffee a day, over ate at lunch… snacked in »
