We are already halfway through our training. When I first saw the schedule, I’ve got to admit, I was intimidated with the amount of mileage I had to run each week. But I have managed to do it all, even while volunteering at the Olympics and working 10 hour days!

This week was a 25 km run. I did a race
at Cow Bay with 75 others and it was a
beautiful day and lovely ocean views.
Since this is the end of the strength
