So. I was sick last week and couldnt do runs, walks etc…. here we are halfway through this week and I am struggling to get up and go I need to get together. A month away from race day and I am nowhere near ready. My mentors are great, my coach is awesome. I WILL not quit, actually Im pushing myself to do the 10km instead of 5km but….this get up and go has gotta come back. I can do this….right??
