Just completed my first run! I feel like I did really good, considering I’m prone to getting shin splints and I haven’t run in I don’t know how long. I’ll only get better from here. Looking forward to the training until the marathon. My personal goal is to complete 10K! Let’s hope I can do it!
Joining Team Myles was a huge step for me. I hate running, mostly because of my shin splints. I’m learning ways to run through them though. I also want to lose the extra baby weight that I didn’t manage to get rid of. By the end of the season I definitely hope to be in better shape!
