Yeah me i found the blog again!!!!! I said last week I was going to run outside and I finally did it today. I thought it would be much slower running on the side of the road dodging potholes and 18 wheelers and yes HILLS. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I jog/walked 5k in the same amount of time I do on the treadmill on a nice flat level! It was still slow (45 min) but not nearly as tedious. It also worked a whole set of muscles I didn’t know were there, so tomorrow’s first group run in truro may have a whole new challenge!
