Less than four weeks to go!

It’s hard to believe there’s less than four weeks to go until the marathon!

Reflecting back to the Team Myles launch event I was nervous and not sure what to expect. The first Saturday imagemorning run with the team broke the ice for me. I knew I was surrounded by great people!

We all show support and encourage each other….it’s amazing how quick friendships have formed in such a short amount of time. A true meaning of Team.

Training with Team Myles has brought me out of my comfort zone. I’ve always trained alone, set my own schedules and looked forward to listening to my music. Now I have conversations, I felt I struggled at first, it was something for me to get used to.

When you start to notice your progress, you feel the training is paying off. Each Saturday morning run and Tuesday night hills helped get us prepared to where we are today. Also, thanks to 360fit for offering classes to the Team. Just another way to make us stronger!

If you see the team, the majority of us are wearing Brooks sneakers. By far the best pair of running shoes I’ve had so far. Thanks #Brooks#running room

Milk has defiantly kept us recharged during our training. Love the swag and the chocolate milk! Thanks #rechargewithmilk#milkdoesthebodygood

Too, Paul at LifeMark has been there for the team. I saw Paul before training started and he recommended the type of Brooks sneakers that would fit me right. Very true, they give my feet the support they need! Thanks #LifeMark

I look forward to race day with the Team. You guys are awesome!
