It’s all in your frame of mind

One of the most important things I’ve learned over the past couple of years while making changes to a healthier me is how much your mind set can help or hinder your progress. This has been coming into play on my last few training runs as I try not to focus on the times or slopes along the way and instead enjoy the process and my fellow runners and today I ran 21 minutes straight for the first time ever!

My advice while running is smile, take selfies, wear the fun pants and most important believe in yourself!
