So this was Easter weekend and although it is a long weekend the training and cross-training for #TeamMyles does not stop. I have been going strong and trying a nutritional and personal group training re-haul this time being part of team Myles at #360fit. I have also started to try a few Yoga classes at Therapeutic Approach Yoga Studio. As of Easter Monday I have not had one chocolate and was so proud to go for an hour run on my treadmill not because I felt guilty of all the bad food I ate but because I chose to run and be healthy. The Team myles experience this time as a mentor again is changing me and my thinking. To be able to say I felt healthy and happy easter Sunday night is a HUGE accomplishment for me and I will be forever be grateful for this experience.
