Slow and Steady

So far so my biggest obstacle as been pacing myself, I have been pushing myself too hard during my workouts and as a result I`ve needed to take quite a few days off each week. I am so greatful for the opportunity to be part of team Myles! Going for the runs at Point Plesant park every Saturday morning and running the hill on Tuesday nights has kept me on target. On top of that, I have been able to make it to at least one extra fitness class per week. Last week I went to a fitness class at #360fit and Im very excited for my first @TAYS_YOGA class tomorrow! Tays is giving us Yoga mats tomorrow for our beginner yoga class, I`m very excited for this class, Ive herd great things from my team about @tays_yoga.

 

Two weeks ago we got hooked up by #Brooks with free running shoes. I got a new beautiful pair of Adrenaline GTS #Brooks runners. I haven’t used them outdoors yet because its too muddy and nasty out and they are too nice looking to get beat up in the mud. I have been using them indoors at the gym and they are very comfortable.

 

I have noticed a constant weight loss since we started with Team Myles and the hill is getting easier. Life is Great!

    It’s awesome to push yourself, but know your limits. You want to keep going, not go too hard and have to stop. Enjoy yoga tonight – I wish I could make it!
