Friday is finally here and the weekend is about to start. It’s been a busy week of exercise Hill night was crazy 10 minutes straight then 10 30 sec sprints. I thought I was going to die on sprint 4, I didn’t feel great until sprint 8 when I knew it was almost over, that’s when I put the push on as did Devin Sherrington. Wednesday and Friday I went to the scotia square goodlife gym and ran on the treadmill for 45 minutes each time during lunch. Thrusday I went for a run at lunch along the waterfront, it was so nice out and I felt so energized. Tomorrow is team myles run, hopefully I won’t be too beat up from this week. Yoga tomorrow afternoon.
