I start thinking about it every Tuesday morning and its in the back of my mind all day. It haunts me, taunts me, and I swear it gets steeper and higher every single week. I look at the weather forecast thinking maybe I don’t have to go, I think maybe I don’t feel good, I have a headache…something anything. Who I am kidding. I’ve got really nothing. I have to face it. Again. Sprint night at Citadel Hill.
Now normally I have a postive attitude about things and am as tough as they come. And I know its good for my cardio, for the legs, best training there is, but….let’s face facts. Its just rough times on that hill.
So, I best buckle up, drink my water, eat my banana (ahead of time of course) and look forward to Wednesdays.
