Whoa Hills!

This post goes out to all my Blue Nosers who ran or walked the 5k last year. On Tuesday we hit Citadel Hill¬†for hill training. I was not ready for that! A total of 8 runs up the hill with everyone hitting the top on the 5th go and about 30 seconds of cool down between. I was spent after it was over. Don’t get me wrong though, it was fantastic. My mind was overjoyed while my body wanted to kill me. I was so proud of the team too. Everyone did 8 runs, not just those training for the 10K. We’re so lucky to have a trainer like Devin! I know we’re going to be reaching our goals, how about you Blue Nosers? #360fit
